Why plan?
Planning what happens when you take your Final Sleep in advance, allows you to choose, design and specify exactly how and what happens to you once you take your Final Sleep. Not only do you get what you wished for, but you are helping your loved ones.
When people are experiencing immediate grief, one of the hardest things to fathom is to make decisions, so we aim to make this process as smooth as possible. In the event of a sudden death, having a My Final Sleep Plan alleviates the decision making so your family and friends can focus on supporting one another.
Wouldn’t it be helpful to have their thoughts and wishes immediately on hand? Our My Final Sleep Plan is an electronic plan that can be accessed by whoever it was sent to, it is provided as a PDF, so it can also be easily printed.
Who should plan?

We think everyone should have a plan in place for when they take their Final Sleep. Whether this is done at age 17 or 77, everyone deserves to be honoured the way they want to be. In the tragic event of a sudden loss, your My Final Sleep Plan will bring peace to your loved ones. Equally, you or someone you are caring for may be sick or unwell, together you can plan for your Final Sleep so it is perfect.
